Charlie’s Picks – 2014 Primary Run-Off via facebook here:
House District 61 – KENNY BOB TAPP – This district takes in the Panhandle and even some farther east. OCPAC endorsed Kenny Bob, a fellow I have known for several years now along with the rest of his “salt of the earth” family.
Kenny Bob Tapp said: “I am very honored to receive the endorsement of Sen. Nathan Dahm and I look forward to working with him. Sen. Dahm has championed our rural values from fighting for the life of the unborn, private property rights, and the rights of self-defense of one’s person.”
I (Mark Thomas) will be joining Scott Mitchell Monday morning on KOKC for Mitchell in the Morning at 7am!
Tune in to 1520 AM or you can listen LIVE here: http://www.kokcradio.com/mitchell.aspx
More about Mark Thomas Senate Race – District 22
I would deeply appreciate your prayers for one another as well as myself and family, that we may seek what is best. This is a week of national prayer, as announced by several prominent ministries. We must seek wisdom to know where to focus attention and energy in the coming weeks and months.
To everyone who contributed, even the least measure of support, I am most grateful for your help and common desire to bring a renewal of freedom, righteousness and justice to both the Republican party and the people of Oklahoma. Let’s take the earliest opportunity to meet again, encourage one another and pursue the hope of advancing the kingdom of God.
Oklahoma State Election Board
Federal, State, Legislative and Judicial Races
Primary Election — June 24, 2014
Results by office, district and political affiliation for all Federal, State and Legislative races.
Randy Barnett is ready to go to work for you the taxpayer, protecting, preserving, and defending your rights. He knows the constitution and has always stood for you as a veteran and in the private sector too.
I wish I lived in his district and could actually cast a vote for him. The next best thing I can do is make sure all my friends know about him and remember to vote for him on Tuesday, June 24th.
HD10 covers parts of Washington County and Osage County and all of Nowata County. There is a map of the district on his website.
Here is a vote reminder message from Randy Barnett himself. I call him the taxpayer’s best friend in HD10.
Excerpted from the letter above:
Gun Owners of America is a no compromise organization, and we were pleased to see that you have a solid understanding behind the legal and historical intent of the Second Amendment as set by our Founding Fathers. This made clear by your 100% score on the GOA candidate questionnaire.
Our nation is in desperate need of principled leaders like yourself, and your service in the Oklahoma Legislature will be invaluable in defense of the Second Amendment.
Mr. Barnett and his team are most honored by this vote of confidence from our friends at Gun Owners of America. We deeply appreciate their faithfulness in serving as watchdogs on the hill and encouraging grassroots activism armed with solid information on matters facing the nation relative to our precious second amendment rights.
Would you cast a vote that EMPOWERS a POLITICIAN turned CORPORATE LOBBYIST?
Would you even know if you were doing so?
Consider a 4th generation politician who has a family member that represents Oklahoma Gas and Electric and a list of other corporations lobbying for favors all the time and getting paid to do so.
Would you vote for them if you knew that a family member represents companies working to infringe on your 4th amendment rights to privacy by supporting and lobbying for companies who have made sure you have no way to opt out of the installation of Smart Meters?
Do you know which companies lobbied for this bill?
Many districts and races are effected around the state.
Be sure you know the linkages in your area and do not vote for those involved in this corporate scheme.
The contrast is very clear in the race in HD10.
