The Ways of Life by Clint Young

When we treat our body well, the potential of the body to heal itself is phenomenal. When we treat our body well, the potential of the body to live a long life is phenomenal. When we treat our body well, the potential of our body to feel good most of the time is phenomenal. When we treat our body well, the potential of the body to have flexible, vibrant, strength is phenomenal. When we treat our body well the potential of increased endurance is phenomenal. The Key to achieving this type of body is “when we treat our body well.”  This writing attempts to define what is required to “treat the body well.”
Who Is in Charge and What the Church Is Not

Now that we know a little about who is in charge, let’s talk about our role.  If we are His body here on earth (and I believe we are if we have believed into Him), then we should know what we are and what we are not. For many years I have thought that He often contains (or restrains) Himself based on what we think and do and say. It is not that He cannot do anything that He wants to do, but He has His ways and His goal is for us to come into harmony with Him. Thus He waits patiently for our proper call. As long as we are distracted and busy doing other things, we are clearly not busy doing His work and inviting His presence in our midst.  We must seek Him to find out what that entails.

R3publicans: China on Course to become ‘World’s most Christian Nation’

19 Apr 2014

It is said to be China’s biggest church and on Easter Sunday thousands of worshippers will flock to this Asian mega-temple to pledge their allegiance – not to the Communist Party, but to the Cross.

The 5,000-capacity Liushi church, which boasts more than twice as many seats as Westminster Abbey and a 206ft crucifix that can be seen for miles around, opened last year with one theologian declaring it a “miracle that such a small town was able to build such a grand church”.

Bible Study Guides for the New Testament – a work in progress

I am pleased to be a part of this project.  You see, Jesse C. Jones, met the Lord about the same time my earthly father did and they made sure their children had a chance to study the word and meet Him too!  So Jesse has been a lifelong friend and mentor in the things of the Lord.  I began helping to publish his works on Scribd many years ago and now we are working on these bible study guides for the new testament.  They are free to read and download.  All you need is the link!

Please like and share if you enjoy these works.

For a list of these study guides available online, please visit SCrosnoe on Scribd – Bible Study Guides by Jesse C. Jones. If you hit a pop-up  page asking you to become a member to read free, simply click the ‘x’  in the upper right corner to remove the pop-up and continue to our links on scribd. The books are free to all and do not require membership to  read/download. They do not appear easily in search menus on Scribd,  however, and you will need the links to access them.
