Recently, Bartlesville, OK created a new Comprehensive Plan for our community.

The 1999 Comprehensive Plan was focused on zoning, parks, and roads. In contrast, the new plan, Endeavor 2045 inserts government into every area of our lives. Food, housing, historical, environmental, cultural.

Instead of addressing the serious issues facing Bartians like the water crisis, it seeks to expand government, change our zoning and our code, bring in many new regulations, new government employees, and multiple public-private partnerships.

Endeavor 2045 promises a utopia of mixed areas with everyone having access to their daily needs within a 15-minute walk. But the best use of government is to protect our rights, not try to define our lifestyle and use our tax dollars to change the composition of our community. The terms and research cited are the same terms used by the United Nations to push the Sustainable Development Goals and environmental guidelines on communities worldwide.

Many of these proposed programs are questionable from the outset while also requiring growing government and government resources. Our current government-provided services (Pathfinder) are unsafe (as noted in the Plan), yet this Plan proposes expanding government projects like that. Bartlesville needs to LESSEN government, de-regulate (instead of regulating everything from the trees planted to environmental-friendly building practices). This Comprehensive Plan seeks to change Bartlesville, from a city impacted immensely by its citizens, to one where government dictates the social/health/lifestyle of its citizens through regulation, government funding, and control.

The WCGOP County Committee passed a resolution asking the City Council to table the Plan until there was adequate time for the community to review, due to concerns with UN and DEI emphasis in the Plan.

Is a Globalist Agenda coming to your community? Pay close attention to your City Council, County Commissioners, and Planning Commissions. These Plans have been brought into Communities since the UN’s Agenda 2021 in 2012. See how the Kansas Legislature warned of this in 2012.
