We don’t just elect a president in November! There are some important State Questions on the ballot and some Oklahoma Supreme Court Justices that you may choose to retain or not!
Here is a two-page flyer composited by several people on both the state questions and judicial retention. We don’t even know who all to give credit. Feel free to print and hand out in your neighborhood and at meetings you attend. (Download PDF here)
NOTE: The flyer has been updated 9/2624.

State Question 833 looks like a mammoth bureaucracy, debt burden and tax hog – instant NO!
State Question 834 prevents non citizens from voting in Oklahoma. Well duh?! (For more information – see the Senate Joint Resolution) YES
OCPA is the premier think tank on this topic and suggests that the three judges mentioned in the flyer NOT be retained. On their website you can find a lot more information on all the Supreme Court Justices and their decisions and sometimes their waffling on important matters. To search and review those articles use this link: https://ocpathink.org/search?q=supreme+court

You will note that those are not very good scores for a ‘conservative’ state like Oklahoma! We can do better!

NO to retention of all three of these liberal activist judges in Oklahoma!
Special thanks to OCPA for the information on Judicial Retention and Holly Milner in particular for speaking around the state and providing us with these handouts.
