OKGOP Press Release – March 20, 2026
The Oklahoma Republican Party disavows any association with the Tulsa Republican Club and that it shall no longer be recognized as a Republican auxiliary or club.
Reasons include:
- The club did not hold a valid charter nor operate within the framework of the Party.
- The name has led to confusion among donors who believed they were donating to the Oklahoma Republican Party and/or the Tulsa County Republican Party, or thought they were communicating with GOP leadership.
Cease & Desist:
- from using the name or anything similar that would associate it with the Republican Party.
- from using the elephant or any logo trademarked with the Republican Party.
