Last week SB 743 by Senator Gollihare which began as a anti prostitution bill changed rapidly by a floor amendment by Gollihare to prohibit free speech in the guise of prohibiting “protesting” a church with a first offense misdemeanor charge and a second offense felony charge with a $1000 fine and up to 2 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary. Sadly many Grassroot Freedom Caucus Senators crossed the aisle to join in on this egregious attack against freedom of speech.
As it turns out, the “protest” amendment was a retaliatory measure by Senator Gollihare to get even with Christian abortion abolitionists who showed up on the side walk of his Blue Bell Freewill Baptist Church in Sapulpa.

The small group of Christians attempted to reach the Pastor, Chris Lindsey and fellow Church members with information on a recent vote by Senator Gollihare to kill SB 456, a bill to abolish abortion in Oklahoma. Attempts were made prior by other Freewill Baptist Pastors to reach out to Pastor Lindsey regarding Gollihare’s effort to keep abortion alive in Oklahoma, to no avail.
Fox 23 of Tulsa ran a hit piece on the Christian abortion abolitionists, claiming they had entered into the Church, yelled at people and blocked the entrance way to the Church. After looking into the situation, watching videos and having discussions, I believe this to be a FAKE news story looking for ratings and to protect the Oklahoma Deep State Establishment.
It is the belief of this author as shown in scripture primarily in Matthew 18:15-17 that Believers have the duty to hold one another accountable when one is in sin. This Biblical command was carried out by the small group of Christian abortion abolitionists. my video here
I reached out to Senator Gollihare for comment and as of this writing have heard nothing back. SB 743 is a petty attempt because feelings were hurt, to strike a major blow in Oklahoma to the freedom of speech. This cannot be tolerated! I highly encourage everyone reading this to stand up for your freedom and contact Oklahoma House Members where this bill is headed. SB 743 is currently assigned to the House Criminal Judiciary Committee.
Below are two pieces by two of the heroes who answered the call and attempted to reach out to Senator Gollihare’s Church. Important information and video in their stories pertaining to this story.

Not content with playing a central role in ensuring the ongoing legality of child sacrifice in Oklahoma, State Senator Todd Gollihare has proven to be more than willing to double down, refuse correction, and enlist the media to provide cover. It is an ongoing and grievous matter when a prominent Oklahoma Republican legislator acts so much like a left coast Democrat and a shame and blight on Oklahomans and Christians nationwide.
As all should know by now, despite the so-called Dobbs decision overturning Roe V Wade, abortion remains 100% legal in all 50 states including Oklahoma. 2025’s Senate Bill 456 is the latest bill of equal justice to be put forward in the state of Oklahoma, and it was assigned to the Judiciary Committee, where Gollihare is Vice-Chair. During the debate on the bill, Gollihare showed himself in clear opposition, raising asinine objections and making the astounding assertion, “I don’t see Jesus in this bill.” His behavior can be seen in this recording of the committee debate. He of course voted along with committee Chair Brent Howard against the bill of abolition of abortion, playing a more central role than all but a few individuals in the nation in keeping abortion legal in his state.
Consider an electrician, a chef, or a banker. Do such people have a duty to obey Jesus Christ, love their neighbor as themselves, and do their jobs honorably and with integrity? Virtually all would agree, of course. What of a legislator? Do legislators have the duty to pass laws that conform to the higher law of God and walk in integrity and truth? To say no is to decline any moral standard by which one might judge the Maoist Great Leap Forward, Bolshevism, or the COVID lockdowns. It is clear that legislators have been delegated authority by God to do what is righteous, not what is unrighteous.
If it is sin to kill an innocent child, shall we not also say it is sinful to ensure that the child’s killer remain immune from any prosecution or legal consequence of any kind? That is the situation with Senator Gollihare at this present time. What does the Word of God have to say about this situation? The short answer lies in passages like Romans 16:17-18:
Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and [h]hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting.
A longer answer is found in passages such as 1 Corinthians 5:
It is actually reported that there is immorality among you, and immorality of such a kind as does not exist even among the Gentiles…You have become arrogant and have not mourned instead, so that the one who had done this deed would be removed from your midst. I… have already judged him who has so committed this, as though I were present. In the name of our Lord Jesus, when you are assembled, and I with you in spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus, I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus… I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people…But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler—not even to eat with such a one… Do you not judge those who are within the church?… Remove the wicked man from among yourselves.
With this and other biblical exhortations in mind, on March 6, 2025, some abolitionists attended a public meeting in which Gollihare had publicly announced his intention to explain his opposition to SB456 to his constituents. The abolitionists waited their turn and asked challenging questions during the open Q&A, leading Gollihare and meeting leadership to prematurely end the meeting lest Gollihare be further exposed to the light of day.
A group of five abolitionists resolved to bring this matter to the attention of the local church of which Gollihare’s various biographical statements say he is a “longtime member” – Sapulpa’s Blue Bell Free Will Baptist Church. It is absolutely the business of fellow church members of a man in sin, “if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, (to) restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness” (Galatians 6:1). How were these church members to know of the sin in their midst so as to obey Scripture, without someone to tell them (Romans 10:14-15)?
These men approached the church before the March 9, 2025 morning service began and were met on the porch of the building by pastor Chris Lindsey and a few other members. Lindsey was immediately defensive and angry as the abolitionists asked if they could bring an urgent matter to his attention in private conversation. Lindsey was of course fully aware of the situation, as other Free Will Baptist pastors had been attempting to contact him privately in the weeks prior as he steadfastly ignored them. Lindsey immediately resorted to calling law enforcement even as the abolitionists pled with him to listen without prejudice and not to violate 1 Corinthians 6. These requests fell on deaf ears as Pastor Lindsey went to law against brothers.
These abolitionists made no further advance, and without ever getting within ten feet of the building’s entrance, made their way to the public easement just off church property, and displayed signs alerting the congregation to the sin of Senator Gollihare and Pastor Lindsey. No screaming nor insulting language was uttered by any abolitionist. Sheriff’s deputies arrived and had a respectful conversation with the abolitionists and then left without arrests, filing any charges, writing any tickets, or creating any police reports of which the abolitionists are aware at time of this writing. Meanwhile Pastor Lindsey lied to his congregants during the service inside, telling them the abolitionists had called him all sorts of terrible names and that they had been blocking the driveway into the church. This latter claim is of course curious – why didn’t the deputies take any action if the abolitionists had been doing illegal and dangerous things like blocking a driveway?

Finally, two items to consider since the grievous lack of repentance on the part of Gollihare or his church:
- Gollihare recently proposed SB743, ostensibly to deter “protests” undertaken within one mile of any church building. This is as much an obvious response to his embarrassment and refusal to repent as it is a violation of the First Amendment.
- FOX23 of Tulsa published a poorly-written piece containing numerous lies about the abolitionists’ rebuke of Blue Bell FWB and confirming that OSBI is in the process of investigating whether any criminal conduct took place that day. How is this anything other than leveraging law enforcement muscle for personal gain and power politics?
Any honest investigation will of course uncover no crimes – the police left on good terms with the abolitionists on March 9. Any “shouting, yelling, and anger inside the actual church building”, while possible, would have been on the part of congregants, as no abolitionist was inside at any point to do any such thing, let alone after being trespassed.
And of course, the abolitionists were not asking for Gollihare to be “scold”ed. Nor, as implied, was any attempt made to disrupt the “worship service” proceedings. Rather, the abolitionists were asking that the church show love to a member in grave and dangerous sin by attempting to restore him to godliness and repentance. It is a measure of the church’s and Pastor Lindsey’s unfamiliarity with biblical teaching that they have reacted in such a defensive and outraged way.
By God’s grace, the name of Jesus will continue to be exalted by those who care about justice and who “sigh and groan over all the abominations which are being committed in (their) midst” (Ezekiel 9:4). No matter what wicked men stand against God, abolitionists will not rest until we have abolished human abortion.

Concerning Gollihare and Lindsey
On February 19, 2025 during the Oklahoma State Senate’s Judiciary Committee’s hearing meeting this man, Oklahoma State Senator Todd Gollihare (Republican – District 12 from Kellyville, OK) a professing Christian who has always ran on a Pro-Life platform, said of the Abolition of Abortion in Oklahoma Act (Senate Bill 456 authored by Senator Dusty Deevers from Elgin, OK) that he doesn’t see Christ in the bill. Gollihare, the vice chairman of the Oklahoma State Senate Judiciary Committee, along with 5 other senators, voted down SB456 and prevented it from receiving a vote on the Senate floor.

At a Creek County GOP meeting several weeks after doing his part to kill the bill, Gollihare was given a platform to explain his reasoning on why he voted against it. 15-20 abolitionists of human abortion were present for this meeting. Gollihare did acknowledge that abortion is murder and that he was 95% with the abolitionists, but he couldn’t allow women to face prosecution. He said he couldn’t do that because he has a wife and daughters.
It became known that Gollihare’s pastor, Chris Lindsey of Blue Bell Free Will Baptist Church (BBFWBC) in Sapulpa, OK supported Gollihare’s decision on SB456 so several people tried contacting Lindsey to no avail (including OK Free Will Baptist pastors). Lindsey would not return phone calls, emails, or messages on social media. At that point, several men went to BBFWBC on March 9, 2025 to try to speak with Lindsey prior to their church service. The goal was to reason with Lindsey as a fellow Christian brother and plead with him to change his mind and to in turn call on Gollihare to do likewise. As soon as Lindsey was aware of what the men wanted to speak about, he ordered them off the property and said he’d call the police if they did not leave. There were several people from BBFWBC present while this was taking place, and they were echoing what their pastor was saying. The men were forced to leave but went to the public right-of-way in front of the property where they might be able to speak with anyone from BBFWBC that might listen. The men did not block the entrance(s) to the church. Three deputies from Creek County Sheriff’s Office did arrive and the initial deputy trespassed the men from the church’s property. The men never went back onto the church’s property. A 50-minute conversation ensued between the abolitionists and the deputies ensued. One member of BBFWBC (an off-duty OK State Trooper) came out and joined the roadside conversation. The supervising deputy came to the conclusion that the men had not broken any laws, were conducting themselves in a respectful manner, and the abolitionists were able to remain on the right-of-way to continue in their activities.

Since the call to repentance of Lindsey and his congregation on March 9, 2025, Gollihare has presented a bill (SB743) that would force those that seek to inform or call an assembled body of Christians (or any religious group gathered for the purposes of worship) to repentance to seek governmental approval first.
