Over recent years, Republican Voter Rolls have been growing! This is good news and yet it can seem overwhelming to find them and welcome them to our party. If you are a county chair or a precinct chair get access to the voter rolls for your county. Then sort them by voter registration date. In my precinct we went back to 2023 and pulled a list of those households and prepared “swag bags” for them to welcome them and invite them to our meetings.
Our precinct raised money for the project and then purchased the materials. We used door hanger bags to assemble the items for easy placement on the door. We included a brochure about our county party and contact info for the precinct chair and vice chair. Then we added a flag, a small gift item (keychain or pen or bookmark) and some handouts. We got these on Amazon and here are some ideas:

We were able to put together materials for about 150 households for under $100.
We included flyers in ours, but you will want to design the packets for your demographic and/or what is most important to you and your precinct. We are working to get them all out during this lovely fall weather! It helps a bunch if your precinct has active volunteers and block captains. This is good practice for campaign season up ahead.
