Most of our problems getting good legislation through is procedural. It is blocked in committees with chairs appointed (not elected) by leadership. Many of the people in previous leadership positions are now running for statewide/higher offices. Do not promote them IF they were a part of this nefarious process! AND plan now to help get SQ840 on the ballot by signing up to get notified when the petitions are ready for signatures in your county.

Here is an information fact sheet on this State Question 840 and what it will do to help us with the legislative process in Oklahoma. It is a process that will necessitate gathering lots of signatures of registered voters across the state in a very short time frame to be successful. So this is to help you study and plan to be a part of that process when the time comes!
