Today (December 18, 2024), Paul Vaughn testified before a congressional subcommittee in DC regarding his experiences on the weaponization of the FACE Act against profilers and Christians in the United States. He is currently under house arrest in Tennessee, but was given special permission to travel and give his testimony along with several others. We previously carried his story here:

Paul Vaughn was the first to testify and gave his story with compelling evidence as to the injustice of the FACE Act and the application in his situation. Clearly the law is not being equally applied which is a basic tenet in our legal system of justice.
Other testimony also excellent was from Mrs. Hawley and Mr. Crampton. Paul’s wife Bethany is seen in this photo behind and to the right of Mrs. Hawley.
I was particularly impressed with several on the committee and their remarks, but surprised by Wesley Hunt TX38 near the end and his keen insight and personal perspective!
