Rep. McBride said, “I appreciate Supt. Walters’ quick compliance with the subpoena, and I have begun reviewing the delivered documents to ensure that they contain all of the information that was requested.”
As you know, Ryan Walters is under extreme attack from the teachers union, press, NGO’s, organized groups and several Republican legislators. These are relentless attacks and lies that are attempting to smear his intent, goals and character. Republican Representative Mark McBride, HD53 has partnered with the Democratic radical left to lead this smear effort. Speaker of the House, Charles McCall has recently contributed to this effort by supporting the subpoena for Walters.
“Now, McBride – along with Speaker of the House Charles McCall, R-Atoka, and House Committee on Common Education Chair Rhonda Baker, R-Yukon – have formally subpoenaed Walters.”
Here are Mark McBrides values and the people who support him. He fought the SDE Library Media Rule at every turn. The library media rule is the one that now strengthens our ability to get Pornographic and Sexualized materials out of school libraries. He received an award from the OLA (Oklahoma Library Association) which is the Oklahoma affiliate of the ALA (American Library Association).
So, I’m asking everyone flood the email box and VM of Representative McCall, letting him know Ryan Walters is supported by the people and he is fulfilling his campaign promises. Second, demand that Mark McBride be removed from the house leadership and that McCall apologize to Secretary Walters.
