An Intentional Open Letter: “Oklahoma Is Not OK”
Reposted with permission from INTENTIONAL W/MIC MEOW
MAY 23, 2024
A notification to Senator Pro Tempore Greg McCortney and the Oklahoma Senate Conference Committee who are holding on to SB426. Listen to the Governor, Attorney General, and your Constituents! Pass The Bill before the end of session!
OKLAHOMA IS NOT OK
In April of this year a bill was introduced: SB426. I have written about this bill previously. Senate Bill 426 is “An Act relating to the World Health Organization; prohibiting enforcement of policies required or recommended by the World Health Organization, World Economic Forum, and United Nationsâ.
This bill would provide Oklahomans with the assurance that we are protected, forever, from having to obey supranational organizationsâ dictates. We would be confident that our legislators, those that we elect to represent us, recognize that our Unalienable Rights were endowed to us by God and that they should never be surrendered or negotiated.
WHAT WE KNOW:
Many voices are continuing to rise in opposition to the debut of the Global Power Grab which is being referred to as the âWorldâs First Pandemic Agreementâ and the amendments to the âInternational Health Regulations (IHR)â. The World Health Assembly and Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus are âgearing upâ for the âAll for Health, Health for Allâ vote starting May 27th.
So far 15 Nations have already made a public decision to turn down this World Health Organization (WHO) sovereignty seizure. Sadly, the United States was not one of these. However, in the US we have a different situation, right? See my last article at https://substack.com/@micsmeow.
WHAT IS HAPPENING TO SB426:
With all the recent letters that have been written indicating a growing movement of opposition towards the IHRs and the âAgreementâ (especially here in the State of Oklahoma), one would assume that getting SB426 passed out of the Senate Conference Committee so that it could get to the Senate Floor for a vote (where it was âSURE to passâ) would be an easy task for the Senate Floor Leader, Pro-Tempore Elect Greg McCortney.
I donât see how anyone could disagree that our Floor Leader and Senate Pro-Tempore Elect should be motivated to ensure passage of historic proactive legislation, given the strongly-worded letters from both 24 Governors (including Gov. Stitt) and 22 Attorneys General (including AG Drummond) that detailed their concerns regarding the devastatingly detrimental impact these unconstitutional documents would have upon Americans, Governors, State Health Officials and even our US Congress.
In light of massive support from legislators including 12 co-author Senators, 12 co-author Representatives, 300+ GOP Delegates in the form of a petition asking for SB426 to be heard, along with a tsunami of Oklahomans (Constituents) asking for this legislation to pass, you would expect the Floor Leader and Senate Pro-Tempore Elect to understand the significance and lead a path forward ⌠but âoh, au contraire, mon amiâ.
On May 14th at the âSB426 Constituent Support Rallyâ that was held on the steps of our Oklahoma State Capitol, the crowd was told that âSenator McCortney said he will hear the billâ. The resounding sound of the crowd rejoicing can be heard loud and clear on the video that is posted on my Rumble channel. But then three days later Senator McCortney assigned SB426 to what I am calling the âEuthanasia Senate Conference Committeeâ.
WHY NOT SB426:
The Senate Conference Committee selected by Senator McCortney included Senators George Burns (the AUTHOR of SB426), Brent Howard, Paul Rosino, Dave Rader, and Kay Floyd.
Prior to this, there were voting records that raised âred flagsâ, including the fact that ALL of these Senators (except for Senator Burns) voted AGAINST having a Special Session to address COVID-19 vaccine mandates. In other words, they were âOKâ with mandatory vaccinations â whoa!
Something that we have heard for years is the phrase âFollow The Moneyâ.
Interestingly, Oklahoma received $2 Billion to be allocated for the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) under the Trump administration through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) Act funding.
Then under the Biden administration, Oklahoma received another $1.9 Billion with several hundred million dollars going out to our cities, counties, and smaller communities. These funds were intended to be allocated for the response to the public health emergency and its negative economic impacts as well as other âEligible Usesâ under The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Wow! Thatâs a lot of Federal Funding! Those monies would most likely have been reviewed for approval by Oklahomaâs âJoint Committee on Pandemic Relief Fundingâ. Who is on that committee? Floor Leader and Pro-Tempore Elect Senator Greg McCortney and Senators Brent Howard, Paul Rosino, and Kay Floyd. They are also part of various Select Subcommittees. For example, Senator McCortney is part of the âTransportation, Infrastructure and Rural Development Working Group Membersâ Select Subcommittee.
BILLIONS of dollars being poured into a state for âPandemic Reliefâ leads those states to be become BEHOLDEN to the Federal Government and that always comes with strings attached. In this case, not only compliance with Federal Health and Human Services (HHS) countermeasures would be involved, Shockingly, this ‘dependance on the Federal Governmentâ would include negative aspects such as global surveillance, censorship of speech related to public health, and a severely-limited ability for Oklahoma to set and regulate its own public health policies.
HERE’s THE CRUX OF THE ISSUE
Senator McCortney: as an honorable man, please keep your word and let the bill be heard on the Senate Floor. Give Oklahoma what it needs to preserve its Health Sovereignty. Give the Governor, Attorney General, State Legislators, and Oklahoma Constituents what they are asking for and letâs pass SB426 BEFORE the end of session.
Senator McCortney, âStand in the Gapâ for all Oklahomans. There is NO Danger in passing SB426 and declaring our constitutional rights, but there IS Danger in not acting.
Oklahoma is watching.
