With President Trump’s full support, the U.S. House passed the FISA 702 Renewal. In 2024, then candidate Trump urged Congress to repeal FISA as it was being weaponized against him by the Democrat controlled presidency to spy on his emails and phone calls.
The entire Oklahoma Delegation chose to sell out your inalienable rights enshrined in the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to be secure in your persons, papers and houses. This includes Congressmen Frank Lucas, Tom Cole, Josh Brecheen, Kevin Hern and Congresswoman Stephanie Bice.
At the recent Oklahoma Republican Party State Committee on April 18th, the Oklahoma Republican Party voted to direct President Trump and the Oklahoma Federal Delegation to reject and oppose FISA renewals that would spy on Americans with the resolution below.
