As Constitution Coaches with Patriot Academy and being the Coach Mentors for the state of Oklahoma, Devona and I (Jason Hardaway) have a significant role in what we can contribute to Oklahoma in our mission of saving our Nation and Restoring Liberty.
As you know, Freedom’s Flame burns the brightest when the citizens of our communities, counties, states and nation hold that Torch of Freedom high. But most still don’t know what that means or how to do it, or how to Live our Rights and Freedom. This is where we come in as Constitution Coaches. We have the tools to educate our fellow Americans. Not all coaches or hosts are going to do large classes much less go to speaking engagements. Most are going to watch the videos for themselves and occasionally invite others over to watch and learn together. Patriot Academy provides the materials, and hosts and coaches simply push play! This is what we want and need across Oklahoma, coaches or hosts, sharing these video classes with others in their communities as they learn about the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution and what it means to be a Biblical Citizen with a Biblical Worldview that is involved in civics, no matter what their vocation is. As Coach Mentors, we help equip other coaches and hosts to accomplish that.
The main classes we have to offer through Patriot Academy are Constitution Alive, Biblical Citizenship, and Constitutional Defense. Other classes include Kirk Cameron’s American Campfire Revival and Wallbuilder’s Foundations of Freedom and their newest video series that we are doing a 3 week class on is “ELECTIONS”. This class on elections is ideal for the youth coming of age to be voter eligible. There are other special event classes that are made available for us to do showings of movies like “Letter to the American Church”, “The 1916 Project”, and “Bonhoffer.”
Patriot Academy will continue to partner with other great organizations providing us more and more content. One of the greatest sources is Patriot U, which gives access to tons of additional content and interviews for $5 a month. There is also a curriculum course for high school students (“A Republic if You can Keep It”), and for those deciding to run for office ,“Campaign Coach” which will help potential candidates know, plan and execute a successful campaign. Finally, for Constitution Day, Patriot Academy has a prepared presentation for free to take into schools to help them meet the requirement of teaching on the Constitution.
Some additional training available through Patriot Academy is the Leadership Academy for 16-25 year olds to train up the next generation in Restoring Liberty. We have some young Oklahoma kids who have already gone through this and we should be looking at them to become potential leaders in the party. A special Coach Congress is Leadership Academy for those older than 25 that are coaches. There are now year-round opportunities of the new Patriot Experience, Constitutional Defense with highly skilled firearms instructors, and the Constitution Conferences held around the nation throughout the year.
